Ranking Schedule Apps Best-Worst

I have been in the social media game for 9 years, which, in internet years, is more like 90 years.

From the days of seeing everything your friends post to the era of the algorithm and FYP, wow, times have changed. We really didn’t know what we had back in the day when we could post and everyone who followed us would just see it. We could finish watching all of our friends' posts, and the timeline ran out. These days, we are constantly trying to stay on top of trends, hook attention, and learn dances to keep our followers engaged.

Being busy, growing a 7-figure business, and being a mom(a single mom for a lot of those years), I worked really hard to find a scheduling app that would take my content and boost it into the stratosphere. Especially when I worked so hard on curation, hooks, copy, and all of the details I knew would dazzle people into following along, liking, and trusting me.

So here is my complete list of scheduling apps for the person who is working hard on content creation and wants to make sure their posts end up in the right hands.

1.
2.
3.
4.
5.

Yes, you read that right.

No scheduling app will give you the results you want. And if you are working hard on creation, why are you cutting corners when it is time to post? You know better than that.

So here you go: this is how you should always (yes, always) post if you want your posts to do well.

1. Set aside 30 minutes per post. No, that is not 30 minutes to create the post or write the caption. That is done by this point. You need 30 minutes to post, engage, and get social on social media.

2. Before you post your content to social media, hop onto the platform you use the most, and reply to all messages and comments from your last post. This gets your followers back on your page, your content, and you, and then you post your new content.

3. Once your post is live, you should have a list of 10-20 people to engage with. If you don’t have this list, it’s time to build it.

When building this list, think about your avatar:

  • Who are they? Add them to the list
  • Who else do they follow? Add these people to the list
  • Add your friends who are also trying to grow online, brand partners, etc.
  • Add Anyone you want to foster an online relationship with because social media is meant to be social.

Run through your curated list and comment, like, reshare, add their reels to your stories, etc. This engagement shows Meta that you are building a community and Meta will in turn, pull people back to the post you just posted.

5. Set a timer for 10-15 mins and scroll your FYP. Engaging with those people shows the algorithm more of what you like. So scroll the FYP and leave comments, like, and share those posts (no, an emoji does not count as a comment; leave a meaningful comment that shows you are paying attention to the content).

Are you getting it now? You don’t post and wait for people to come to you. You go to them. Be the one who reaches out, and see what happens.

Your posting strategy is just as important as your content strategy.

Don’t have time to do this? Hire it out! We will make a custom posting strategy and content for you to get the results you have been looking for.
